It is on public government land with dirt roads on
all sides, with no fences.
A clue is that "it is not two miles from the gophers grove"
If you are on the road to the north you can drive right to it by going south
at the top of the hill. It is not in plain sight from a car, but you can drive to
within 20 ft of it.
The Cache is in a water tight plastic box that is labeled on the top.
